Creating Message Templates
Setting up WhatsApp Message Templates is a breeze.
Key Points for WhatsApp Business Message Templates
Message Templates support variables which means that the variables can be filled by any text when sending out.
The syntax will be {{1}} with the numbers. For instances, if your body messages contains two variables , it will be {{1}} , {{2}}.
*Variable parameters must in sequential. For example, {{1}}, {{2}}, {{3}}, {{4}}
Message Template contains Header, Body, Footer, and Action Buttons. Including emojis can help make your messages more visually appealing and engaging for recipients.
Message Template will submit to WhatsApp review and approval, only the approved template can be used. Normal the approval time can several from several minutes to days.
Simply log into the platform and navigate to the template creation interface.
Here, you can craft your message by filling in the header, body, footer, and buttons.
Ensure that your body text is crystal clear and meets WhatsApp's standards. Once your masterpiece is complete, "save" it for review.
The status will initially be “Review,” but once approved, it’s ready to engage your audience. If a template becomes obsolete, simply delete it, and its status will change to “Rejected.”
Please take note that Message Templates must be approved before you can send them to customers. In addition, templates may be disabled automatically based on customer feedback. Once disabled, a message template cannot be sent to customers again until its quality rating has improved or it no longer violates our business or commerce policies. See Guidelines.
