Types of Calendars

iSlash offers two types of calendars to suit different business needs:

1. Basic Calendars: Single Booking Per Time Slot

Ideal for situations where only one booking can be made in a given time slot. For example, a meeting room can only be reserved for one meeting at a time, ensuring no overlaps and maximum privacy.

2. Calendars Plus: Multiple Bookings Per Time Slot

Perfect for scenarios where multiple bookings can occur simultaneously. For instance, a hair specialist can manage several clients within the same time slot. These calendars are easily identifiable with a special icon, making it simple to differentiate.

How to Create Calendars

Creating calendars in iSlash is straightforward and user-friendly. Here’s a step-by-step guide to get you started:

Step 2: Click on the “Create New Calendar” button, and you will be prompted to choose between creating a Basic Calendar or a Calendar Plus.

Step 3: Customize and Manage Your Calendars. Set up automatic reminders to be sent to customers before their appointments. You can always go back to edit or update the calendar details as needed, and keep tracking of all bookings and manage them directly from the dashboard.

Booking Messages

You need to set up the message for the scenarios below:

1. Booking Link Message:

Message will be sent to customer when the system triggers a booking invitation.

2. Booking Success Message:

Message will be sent to customer after the booking selection is done.

Share Booking Invitation Links

1. Public Booking Invitations Links

You can get the public invitation link under the calendar as shown below and you can share it with your customer.

2. Create Under the Chatroom

Or You may create the message with booking invitation link under the customers' chatroom directly.

Auto-Reminder Feature
