WhatsApp Broadcasts

Send personalised, high-volume messages that feel like 1-to-1 conversations

WhatsApp Broadcast lets you send messages to multiple contacts at once without them knowing it's a mass message. Unlike group chats, broadcast messages are sent through private chats, so each recipient thinks it's a personalized message just for them. This method allows you to effectively market and share information without disturbing your customers.

Limitations of WhatsApp Business App for Broadcasting

Similarly to WhatsApp, why WhatsApp Business App Can't Broadcast Messages. WhatsApp Business App does offer some basic business features, but it has significant limitations when it comes to broadcasting messages:

  • Broadcasting Restrictions: WhatsApp Business App limits businesses to sending messages per day, constraining the reach of marketing campaigns and scalability of communication efforts.

  • Limited Automation Capabilities: Unlike iSlash, WhatsApp Business App lacks features for setting up automated workflows based on customer actions or events, hindering timely and personalized messaging.

  • Inadequate Data Analysis Tools: The app provides basic analytics, but businesses lack comprehensive insights into message engagement and conversion metrics, impeding the ability to optimize strategies and make data-driven decisions.

  • Risk of Account Suspension: Broadcasting messages excessively on WhatsApp Business App can lead to account bans, as the platform enforces strict policies against spamming, posing a risk to businesses' communication channels.

These limitations underscore the need for businesses to explore alternative solutions, such as third-party WhatsApp API Solution Providers like iSlash, to enhance your marketing and communication capabilities on the platform.
