This is to integrate your Facebook page and also the corresponding messenger. With this channel, iSlash AI can do the automation of Facebook post comment campaign and access the inbox message.

Prerequisite:

• You must the Facebook page Full Control Admin or owner. You can check your role here.

• Send an invitation from Meta Business Manager to grant full access right to us.

Step-by-Step Guide

To integrate Facebook channels, follow the steps below.

1. On the iSlash AI platform, go to Settings and click on Channels. Then click on the '+' and select 'Facebook' under the platform section, and "Save"

1. Click 'Continue with Facebook' and complete the steps.

1. Next, Facebook embedded dialog box will prompt the required permission to allow iSlash AI to connect and accept all by default.

If you're unable to access, please got to Facebook Page Setting → Advanced Messaging → Handover Protocol → Messenger Receiver → Configure

Kindly make sure that the Primary Receiver and Secondary Receiver for handover protocol is in de-select status. Like this:
