By linking your Facebook Page to iSlash, you can boost your organic reach, optimize conversions with the Conversions API (CAPI), and drive customer interactions with Click-to-WhatsApp Ad!
This is to integrate your Facebook page and also the corresponding messenger. With this channel, iSlash AI can do the automation of Facebook post comment campaign and access the inbox message.
Prerequisite:
Please contact our onboarding team about how to give someone access to your page from Facebook.
To integrate Facebook channels, follow the steps below.
On the iSlash AI platform, go to Settings and click on Channels. Then click on the '+' and select 'Facebook' under the platform section, and "Save"
Click 'Continue with Facebook' and complete the steps.
Next, Facebook embedded dialog box will prompt the required permission to allow iSlash AI to connect and accept all by default.
If you're unable to access, please got to Facebook Page Setting → Advanced Messaging → Handover Protocol → Messenger Receiver → Configure
Kindly make sure that the Primary Receiver and Secondary Receiver for handover protocol is in de-select status. Like this:
If you're connected Facebook Channel, you may send a test message from Messenger.
