Instagram’s visual-centric approach is perfect for businesses looking to showcase their products and services. With iSlash AI, you can streamline your Instagram communication by managing direct messages and comments effortlesslywhile also boosting your post’s organic reach for maximum engagement!
To integrate your Instagram business account, there are 2 things to note:
Login to your iSlash AI account and tap Channels in the Settings tab. Click on the '+' and choose 'Instagram' under the platform section.
Link the Facebook Page to Business Manager.
Link Instagram Business Page under Facebook Page.
Click the page icon (top-right corner) → Settings and privacy → Settings → Linked accounts → Add Instagram.
Ensure that no warning messages are received.
Click the page icon, Settings and privacy → Settings → New Pages Experience → Advanced Messaging → App Settings → Messenger Receiver and Instagram Receiver → Empty.
Ensure that nothing is selected.
Switch your Instagram to the Business Account, follow here.
Login your Instagram Account → Settings → Account type → Switch to Professional Account → add link your Facebook page during setting.
Next, login again and verify the Facebook page is connected.
Click the profile icon → Edit Profile → Public Business Information → Page (Linked without warming messages).
Enable the message control. - Click Settings → Privacy → Messages → Connected Tools → Allow access to message.
Verify your Instagram is linked under business settings.
Business Suite → Business Settings → Instagram Account → Instagram in linked.
