A: Yes, client can build Flows directly (with the help of Flows Builder or via API) or for more simple Flows without data connection, they can just select it in templates right in WhatsApp Manager.

A: It varies case by case. It could take anywhere from one day to build a Flows (for static experiences) to 1-2 weeks for more complex use cases with a data endpoint.


Q: Is it available for Android and iOS?

A: Yes, Flows is available on both Android and iOS mobile clients.


Q: Is it available on API business platform and Business app?

A: For now, on API business platform only.

A: Clients and their Technical Partners now have access to the developer documentation and tooling, so that they can start creating their own Flows. Flows can be built as follows:

  1. WhatsApp Flows integrated with Message Templates in WhatsApp Manager. Applicable for non-technical Form-based use cases with no data endpoint, does not require developer effort.

  2. Using WhatsApp Flows Builder. Applicable for more complex use cases, requires developer to build.

  3. Using the API. You can find details of our API in our developer documentation.
